Curbaroo runs the booking side of a food truck: the requests, the replies, the calendar and the invoices. This page says what it keeps, who can see it, and how to make it go away.
What we keep
We use what you give us, and the booking mail you connect, to run the app for your truck.
Booking requests stay, with their whole conversations, along with the customers, events, invoices, receipts and documents that come from them. They are your records, and they stay until you delete them.
Mail that isn't a booking is kept thirty days; then its body is deleted, and only who sent it, the subject and why it was set aside stay.
Your mailbox
The mailbox connection is read-only. Nothing is sent from it and nothing is marked read unless you tap send.
It connects with an app password you make for Curbaroo. You can revoke it any time from the same page where you made it.
Who writes the drafts
To write a reply, the text of a booking message is sent to an AI service, Anthropic. A receipt or a document you ask it to read goes there too. The service does not use any of it to train anything. Nothing else about your business leaves our servers.
Square
If you connect Square, we read your sales and invoices from it, so Income and Invoices are right. An invoice is made in Square only when you tap send. We never sell your Square data, or anything else of yours.
Who can see it
You, and the people you add to your team, each with the role you give them.
Us, when we're fixing something for you. When we look, we tell you.
Deleting it
You can delete your account any time, from Profile, under Account. If you're the truck's last owner, the truck goes with it: its requests, customers, calendar, invoices and documents.
Or ask us, and we delete your truck and everything in it.
